Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your experience matters to us. If you recieve your flowers in a less then satisfatory condition, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the issue for our team to asses if it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
-Refunds will only be considered for defect or damaged items.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
-As we deal with fresh flowers, a perishable product, cancellations of general bouquet orders are accepted no later then 24 hours before the collection or delivery time.
-Cancellations of workshops are accepted no later then 7 calander days before the booked date with the non refundable deposit of 30% of the total purchase retained. Alternatively we can rebook the workshop to another available date acceptible to both parties.
-Cancellations of weddings or events are accepted no later then 10 weeks before the booked date with the non refundable deposit of 30% of the total purchase retained. Alternatively we can rebook your wedding or event to another available date acceptible to both parties.
